I don't try to be so nervous around him it's just... he sounds a lot like you, have you ever noticed that?

[ He's glad she said "a lot like" him instead of "identical" to him. They don't sound exactly the same, at least not in his mind. ]

[ Well first it's spelled Cardamom and not Cardamon, fingers. ]

They're spiced cookies. You can put almonds in there, or flavor them with orange or lemon. Or put extra sugar in them.

We're going to need a lot of cookie tins for all the cookies we're going to make.

We can add cookie tins to our shopping list.

Yeah! And we can set it up on a little stand and put our presents under it.

I'm more concerned with how you didn't say "I won't peek."

[ He gives her shoulder another squeeze and pulls her closer. ]
