That was a stupid story.

Whoever wrote it got most of their facts wrong.

You and that Flynn guy had kids. Two.

[ Yeah. Because he can talk. You know, what with his grandson being on board and all. ]

I never had a kid with anyone! And I wouldn't have one with him either! [ She makes a disgusted looking face. ]

And my moms not some kinda.... enchantress thing!

[ He frowns and stares aside. Things that happen on the ship don't affect outcomes at home. That's why his grandson's here. That means she probably did marry Flynn and have children with him. ]

...Yeah. I know.

[hairraisingly]

If you know that then why do you look so down now?

[deconflagration]

I'm not down!

[hairraisingly]

[ She reaches over to him and turns his face and before anyone says anything she leans forward and kisses him. ]

[ He still manages a slight pout. ]

[ She frowns and takes the book from his lap. ]

This is a dumb book and and I shouldn't have picked it.

...I'm the one who picked it.

[hairraisingly]

Then I shouldn't have encouraged it. [ She frowns more. ]

I'm suppose to be helping you get better and Im making your mood gloomy.

I'm not gloomy.

[hairraisingly]

...you mean it?

I mean it.

[ Because if he had to label the emotion he's feeling, it'd be angry and that's not gloomy. ]

[hairraisingly]

[ Her grip on his hand was still pretty firm. ]

Okay, Zuko. I believe you.

...Thank you for reading with me. I know it must have been hard to sit there and wait forever for me to finish my paragraphs. You were really patient.

[hairraisingly]

[ She shakes her head quickly. ]

No No not at all,. Zuko! I was really enjoying reading together with you!

In fact I'm really really proud of you!

I thought after a while you'd get frustrated and ask to finish it on your own.

[hairraisingly]

I think you were doing a great job, Zuko. You were sounding out the words and... and I just love listening to your voice.

So I could read from my dictionary and you'd enjoy it.
